Votes that are incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy conditions of these Rules shall be disqualified.

Campus Gals accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website and no liability shall be assumed for damage to your or any other person's computer or telephone resulting from participating in the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to be have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the vote. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.

At the conclusion of the Contest, twelve (12) winners will be selected based on a random draw among all eligible entries from each of the winning Contestants of the 2011 Campus Gals Calendar Competition. The winners of the Contest will be allowed to attend the photo shoot of the respective Campus Gal Competition winner and be awarded a Campus Gals Prize Pack, consisting of approximately $200 - $500 worth of merchandise and coupons.

For the Campus Gals Prize Packs, a Campus Gals representative will conduct good faith efforts to contact the winner by telephone or email within five (5) calendar days of the draw date. If the winner despite such good faith efforts is not successfully contacted within that period, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another entry and the process noted above will be repeated until a selected entrant is successfully contacted or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.

Before being declared the winner, selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone. The winner will also have to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (the "Winner's Affidavit and Release") confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the use of his/her name, photo, voice and/or statements by Campus Gals without compensation other than the prize offered, as awarded and without substitution, and releasing Campus Gals and the Contest sponsors, their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent Contest judging organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Campus Gals Prize Pack or this Contest.

Failure to answer the mathematical skill-testing question correctly or failure to sign and return the affidavit and the release within five (5) calendar days of the being first contacted will cause the Contest Prize to be forfeited and an alternate winner to be selected.

This Contest is intended to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) only who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence on the Contest Closing Date. To be an eligible member of the CampusGals.com website, a valid Canadian university and/or college email address must be used for registration purposes. This Contest is not open to employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of Campus Gals or the Contest sponsors, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies.

This Contest is subject to and will be interpreted according to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Contest judging organization, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants acknowledge and agree that all entries become the property of Campus Gals and none will be returned. Campus Gals reserves the right at any time to substitute any prize for any reason so long as a prize of comparable value is substituted.

Campus Gals reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest or any component of the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Campus Gals corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Campus Gals is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries that are incomplete, obtained from an unauthorized source, or recorded fraudulently are null and void and ineligible to entitle the entrant to a prize. Campus Gals expressly disclaims all liability for invalid or late electronic entries.

Any person entering the Contest or trying to do so by any means contrary to the intention of these Rules or which would be unfair to participants will be automatically disqualified and Campus Gals reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
