Be sure to click the “Yes” box in the Consider Me as a Contestant field. Only you should appear in the Submitted Photographs. All photos must be approximately 800 x 600 pixels and up to 250 KB file size. Campus Gals reserves the right to contact you to request resubmission of one or more of the Submitted Photographs and/or to request that you submit additional photos. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Submitted Photographs (including but not limited to entries submitted by modeling agencies) will be rejected. Except as otherwise permitted herein, only one entry per person will be accepted; all subsequent entries will be disregarded. No altered photographs, photographs taken prior to January 1, 2010, or photographs containing more than one person, will be eligible. Any Submitted Photographs exhibiting nudity will be rejected. The determination of whether any image has been altered, or exhibits nudity, is in the sole discretion of Campus Gals. False, deceptive or incomplete entries or other information throughout the Competition (including but not limited to responses to questionnaires) shall render the entry ineligible. Entries that are incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy conditions of these Rules shall be disqualified. You may submit an entry form and photographs using the above procedures anytime during the period from September 15, 2010 until November 12, 2010, 5:00 PM Eastern Standard time (the "Entry Period"); late entries shall be ineligible. Date of entry during the Entry Period will not affect chances of being selected. | | ELIGIBILITY: | Eligible contestants must be legal residents of Canada, must be female, and must have been 18 years of age or older on the date that the earliest of the Submitted Photographs was taken. This Competition is not open to employees (and any family member or persons with whom they are domiciled) of Campus Gals or Campus Gals sponsors, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies. | | DISQUALIFICATION: | Campus Gals reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose image has been published, or during the course of this Competition is published other than in connection with this Competition, in any media in a manner that is considered by Campus Gals, in its sole discretion, to be pornographic, vulgar or obscene. All Entrants who are selected as Semi-Finalists further agree that for the one (1) year period following the announcement of the Winner, their images shall not be published in any media in a manner that is considered to be pornographic, vulgar or obscene by Campus Gals, in its sole discretion.
Any person entering the Competition or trying to do so by any means which go against intention of these Rules and which would be unfair to other entrants will be automatically disqualified and Campus Gals reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. | | GENERAL: | This Competition is subject to and will be interpreted according to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Campus Gals, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Competition. All entries become the property of Campus Gals and none will be returned.
Campus Gals reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Competition should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Campus Gals corrupt the security or proper administration of the Competition. | | SELECTION OF 2011 CAMPUS GALS CALENDAR COMPETITION WINNERS: | The winners of the Competition will be determined based on a weighted average ranking of total votes submitted by members of CampusGals.com. A Campus Gals representative will conduct good faith efforts to contact the winners of the Competition by telephone or email within three (3) calendar days of the draw date. If the winner despite such good faith efforts is not successfully contacted within that period, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another entry and the process noted above will be repeated until a selected entrant is successfully contacted or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. | | COMPETITION WINNER PRIZES | Winners of the Competition will receive a free professional photo shoot taken in November. Winners of the Competition are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the studio, as well as their own accommodation for the photo shoot weekend. The Competition winners will then be featured as a sponsored model by one of the Campus Gals corporate sponsors on both the CampusGals.com website and the 2011 Campus Gals Calendar. Competition winners will be entitled to use five (5) of the photos taken of that Winner (the "Licensed Photographs"), such Licensed Photographs to be selected in the sole discretion of Campus Gals, on that Winner's portfolio and personal promotional site online, provided that such online site does not include any photos that are considered pornographic, vulgar or obscene (which is to be determined in the sole discretion of Campus Gals). The Licensed Photographs may be required to include a credit for the photographer. The Licensed Photographs may not be used for any purpose other than those described herein without the prior express written permission of Campus Gals. |
